Plan: To cycle from Avignon, crossing southern edge of Massif Central, go through the Dordogne and then catch a train from either Bergerac or Perigueux to La Rochelle. We plan to use the odd train to keep our daily mileage low enough to do some sight seeing. We should arrive on the Ile de Re on Sunday 3rd July.
